So, I've been working on revisions for RUMORS FROM THE BOYS' ROOM, A Blogtastic! Novel. And because my deadline is short, I'm having to put everything else on hold for a bit. Including blogging.
Since I'm closer to being finished now so I get a little bit of breathing room. Next weeks posting theme will be revisions. I'm always learning something new with this! Until then, I leave you with this:
What is your favorite holiday movie quotes of all time? Here's mine:
"He looks like a deranged Easter Bunny." "He does not!" "He does too, he looks like a pink nightmare!" |
"Fra-gee-lay. That must be Italian." |

Great post, Rose! Haha I remember that movie, though I can't say it's exactly my favorite. I think the greatest movie quotes for Christmas came from one of the all time greatest Christmas movies, Elf.
"Does someone need a hug?"
"Hello, Buddy the Elf, what's your favorite color."
"Did you hear that?!"
"What song did I sing you on your birthday.
Man's response: Well Happy Birthday, of course.
Buddy: Darn, you're good..."
Haha, I loved Will Ferrell in that movie:)

Ha, that's a great one.

Elf is one of my favorite movies of all time, and the whole thing is awesome. But I gotta say that the best part is when he's like, "I'm a cotton-headed ninnymuggins!" and all the elves gasp and stare at him. That was... epic. xD
Classic photos! Best of luck with your revisions. Looking forward to your posts.
ew, tough one... I was just thinking the other day as I was making my bed, "you're what the French call les incompetent." :D
good luck w/revisions~
I think my favorite Christmas movie line is in HOME ALONE (I can't remember if it's 1 or 2) when Catherine O'Hara absolutely SHRIEKS:
"KEVIN!" *eyes cross* *faints*
Love those movies. Those were basically my Christmas childhood.
We love that movie. Just watched it last night, in fact! The Santa scene cracks me up, "HO! HO! HO!" The camera angles were perfect!
Good luck with your revisions! :)
Christmas Story is a classic! I love the tongue-to-flag-pole scene! A little sad, admittedly, but funny!
Elf is another good one. That so cracks me up!
I love A Christmas Carol. I've seen so many versions of it - I can't decide which is my favorite. A good quote from it, "I will honour Christmas in my heart, and try to keep it all the year."
